Terms of Service

Welcome to QuickSEO. By accessing or using our website at https://quickseo.ai ("Site") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

1. Service Description

QuickSEO is a B2B SaaS platform that provides:

  • Google Search Console analytics: Dashboards, keyword analysis, page performance tracking, and SEO insights based on data fetched from your Google Search Console account.
  • AI visibility tracking: Monitoring your brand's mentions and visibility across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
  • SEO tools: Free and paid tools for website analysis, content optimization, and search performance insights.
  • AI-powered content recommendations: Suggestions generated using artificial intelligence to help improve your SEO and AI visibility.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You must sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture).
  • You may optionally connect your Google Search Console account, which grants us read-only access to your search performance data.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@quickseo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

  • Paid features require an active subscription, billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Free Trial

  • We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@quickseo.ai within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
  • Use the Services to send spam, scrape data beyond your authorized scope, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Services.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services without our prior written consent.
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.
  • Submit prompts or content to the AI visibility tracking features that are illegal, harmful, or violate third-party rights.

5. Google Search Console Data

  • By connecting your Google Search Console account, you grant QuickSEO read-only access to your search performance data via the Google Search Console API.
  • We use this data solely to provide analytics and insights within the QuickSEO dashboard.
  • You may disconnect your Google Search Console account at any time, which will stop further data fetching. Previously fetched data will be retained unless you request deletion.
  • Our use of Google Search Console data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

6. AI Visibility Tracking

  • AI visibility features send prompts you create to third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) to analyze brand mentions and visibility.
  • Responses from AI platforms are stored in our database for analysis and historical tracking.
  • AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or change over time. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI platform responses.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the prompts you create do not violate any third-party rights or the terms of service of the AI platforms.
  • Usage is subject to the prompt limits of your subscription tier.

7. AI-Powered Content and Recommendations

  • QuickSEO uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, keyword recommendations, and SEO insights.
  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of any content before publishing.
  • We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions for improving search rankings or AI visibility.

8. Free SEO Tools

  • QuickSEO offers free SEO tools (such as favicon checkers, validators, and generators) that are available without an account.
  • These tools are provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free tools at any time without notice.
  • When free tools fetch external URLs you provide, we validate those URLs for security purposes but are not responsible for the content of external websites.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The QuickSEO platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by QuickSEO. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
  • Your data: You retain ownership of all data you provide to QuickSEO, including your Google Search Console data and AI prompts. We claim no ownership over your data.
  • License to us: By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Google Search Console data will be complete or accurate.
  • AI visibility scores or brand mention data will be accurate or comprehensive.
  • AI-generated content or recommendations will produce desired results.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKSEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Services.
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data or content provided by the Services.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Actions taken by third-party AI platforms in response to prompts submitted through the Services.
  • Any third-party conduct or content.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickSEO, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after termination, subject to our data retention obligations.
  • You may terminate your account by contacting support@quickseo.ai or cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
