FAQ

How long should a weekly SEO report take to complete?

15-30 minutes is the sweet spot. If it takes longer, you're including too much detail. Save deep analysis for monthly reports and keep weekly check-ins focused on key metrics and activities.

Should I send this report to clients weekly?

For active campaigns, yes — clients appreciate the transparency. For maintenance engagements, monthly reports are usually sufficient with weekly reports kept internal.

What if there are no significant keyword changes?

That's normal for many weeks. Note "no significant changes" in the Keyword Movers tab and focus on the tasks completed and planned. Stability can be a positive sign.

Can I duplicate tabs for multiple weeks?

Yes. Duplicate the tabs and rename them with the week date (e.g., "Summary - Mar 10"). This creates a running weekly log in one workbook. Alternatively, make a fresh copy each week.
