AI Visibility Scores

AI Visibility Scores show how often and how prominently your brand appears in responses from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Reading Your Scores

Your AI Analytics dashboard shows two levels of scores:

• Overall Score — a combined visibility score across all AI platforms
• Per-platform scores — individual scores for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and any other tracked platforms

Each score is based on how frequently your brand is mentioned in AI responses to your tracked prompts, and where it appears in those responses (mentioned first vs. mentioned last matters).

The Score Chart

The main chart shows your scores over time as trend lines. Use the metric toggles in the top-right to show or hide specific platforms. All platforms are shown by default.

Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact score for that date.

Date Range

Use the date picker to adjust the time period. AI visibility data defaults to the last 30 days, but you can view up to your full tracking history.

Dashboard Cards

Below the chart, the dashboard shows summary cards for:

• Prompts — your tracked prompts with per-platform status. See Managing Prompts.
• Sentiment — breakdown of positive, neutral, and negative mentions. See Sentiment Analysis.
• Cited Pages — your most-cited pages across AI platforms. See Cited Pages.
• Competitors — brands mentioned alongside yours. See Competitor Tracking.
• Recommendations — suggestions to improve your visibility. See AI Recommendations.

Refresh Schedule

QuickSEO runs your prompts automatically:

• Growth plan: weekly
• Scale plan: daily

After each run completes, your scores update automatically. You'll see a "Scanning..." indicator while a run is in progress.

Correlating with Google Search

Your AI Visibility Scores and Google Search Console data live in the same dashboard. Compare trends side by side — growing AI mentions often correlate with increased branded search traffic over time.
