Managing Prompts
Prompts are the questions QuickSEO sends to AI chatbots on your behalf. They're the foundation of your AI visibility tracking.

Viewing Your Prompts
Go to AI Analytics → Prompts to see all your tracked prompts. Each prompt shows:
- The prompt text
- Status badges for each AI platform (pending, running, or completed)
- The latest results — whether your brand was mentioned, your rank position, and sentiment
Adding Prompts
From Suggestions
Click Generate suggestions to get prompt ideas based on your top Google Search Console keywords. QuickSEO turns your keywords into the kinds of questions users ask AI chatbots.
Click Add next to any suggestion, or Add all to add them in bulk.

Custom Prompts
Type your own prompt in the text area and click Add prompt. Good prompts to track include:
- Comparison queries: "Compare [your product] vs [competitor]"
- Category searches: "What is the best [your category]?"
- Problem-solving: "How do I [problem your product solves]?"
- Recommendation requests: "Recommend a [your product type] for [audience]"
Editing Prompts
Click the pencil icon on any prompt to edit its text. The next scheduled run will use the updated prompt.
Deleting Prompts
Click the trash icon on any prompt to remove it. Historical data for deleted prompts is preserved — you'll still see past results in your trends.
Prompt Limits
Your plan determines how many prompts you can track per month:
- Growth: 100 prompts
- Scale: 300 prompts

Viewing Results
Click any prompt to see its detailed results:
- Which AI platforms mentioned your brand
- Your rank position in each response (1st mentioned, 2nd mentioned, etc.)
- The sentiment of each mention (positive, neutral, negative)
- The full AI response text
