Sentiment Analysis

Sentiment analysis tracks whether AI chatbots talk about your brand positively, neutrally, or negatively.

How It Works

Every time an AI platform mentions your brand in response to one of your tracked prompts, QuickSEO automatically classifies the mention as:

  • Positive — the AI describes your brand favorably (e.g., "highly recommended," "excellent for")
  • Neutral — the AI mentions your brand without strong opinion (e.g., listed alongside others)
  • Negative — the AI describes your brand unfavorably (e.g., "limited features," "not recommended for")

No manual review or tagging is needed — classification happens automatically.

Sentiment by Platform

See how each AI platform talks about your brand. ChatGPT might be positive while Gemini is neutral — per-platform breakdowns reveal these differences.

Trend Over Time

A chart showing how your sentiment distribution changes over time. Watch for shifts — a sudden increase in negative mentions could signal a problem worth investigating.

Per-Prompt Sentiment

Each of your tracked prompts shows its sentiment per platform, so you can see exactly which prompts produce positive vs. negative mentions.

Drilling Into Responses

Click any data point to read the full AI response and understand the context behind the sentiment classification. This helps you see exactly what the AI said and why it was classified the way it was.

What to Do with Sentiment Data

  • Negative sentiment increasing? Read the responses to understand what the AI is saying. Update your website content to address the criticisms.
  • Positive on one platform, negative on another? Different AI models have different training data. Focus content updates on the areas where you're weakest.
  • Mostly neutral? Your brand is mentioned but not recommended. Create more authoritative, opinion-worthy content.
